Strategic Plan for Internal Sustainability - Department of Security Management and Prevention

The Strategic Plan for Internal Sustainability for the Department of Security Management and Prevention (PESI GSP) is a revision and adaptation of the 2013-2022 Strategic Plan for Sustainability for the Department of Prevention, Security and Mobility, which was elaborated at the end of 2013 and conceived as a first strategic plan aimed at the systematic incorporation of environmental, social and economic sustainability in the internal management of municipal services and activities related with security and mobility, with the Prevention Service, with the City Police, and with the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Service.

Its aim is to favour the transition to a green economy and an intelligent city which is respectful of the environment and social rights. The Plan is being a referent in the application of gradual, transversal and participative methods for identifying existing examples of good practice, ensuring their continuity and applying them in other areas and departments. It's also referent in how it involved to all the areas in defining processes for improving environmental practice in the internal management that could be applied in the department.
